In the previous clip from “Jurassic Park,” Dr. Ian Malcolm lectures John Hammond about the perils of genetic engineering, but I’m thinking the Wilmington Blue Rocks could probably benefit from the same advice.
According to Darren Rovell, Wilmington — the Kansas City Royals’ Single-A affiliate — decided to play God and will be serving this Krispy Kreme-sponsored monstrosity to fans during the 2015 season.

To be honest, I’m not sure this doughnut-dog is a good idea. Everyone loves hot dogs. Everyone loves doughnuts. Still, I’ve got to agree with Dr. Malcolm that the Blue Rocks “were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, to stop and think if they should.” What do you think?
