What can’t Los Angeles Clippers big men Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan do? Two of the most athletic and exciting players in the NBA, Griffin and Jordan are animals on both the offensive and defensive ends of the court. Sunday night was no exception as each player impressed with a jaw-dropping play against the Boston Celtics.
In the second quarter, DeAndre Jordan threw down a ridiculous alley-oop from Clippers’ guard Chris Paul. Paul’s lob looked like it was heading for the rafters, but Jordan rocketed up into the air and threw it down with authority.

Later on in the fourth quarter, Blake Griffin made arguably the most athletic play of the season. After leaping past Celtics’ forward Jonas Jerebko’s pump-fake, Griffin spun his body around 180 degrees, threw up his other hand, and still swatted Jerebko’s layup attempt — all while in mid-air! It was one of those plays you truly have to see to believe.
