SHOCKING: Pacers’ Chris Copeland Stabbed Outside New York Nightclub

Indiana Pacers forward Chris Copeland and his wife Katrine Saltara were stabbed outside of a New York nightclub early Wednesday morning.

New York Daily News reports Copeland and Shezoy Bleary began arguing outside of the 1 OAK nightclub around 4 a.m. EST.

Bleary eventually pulled out a knife and stabbed Copeland and Saltara, along with a third woman. Copeland and Saltara were both taken to Bellevue Hospital and are listed as stable, while Bleary was taken into custody. He has not yet been charged.

Police also arrested two Atlanta Hawks players — Thabo Sefolosha and Pero Antic — at the scene for obstructing governmental administration, but their role in the incident remains unclear.
