Republican presidential candidate Rand Paul plans to run anti-Hillary Clinton ads starting Monday on cable television in states that hold the first presidential nominating contests.
“Hillary Clinton represents the worst of the Washington machine,” the ad’s narrator says.
Paul’s campaign said Sunday — before Clinton officially announced her entry into the contest — that the ad will air in Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina and Nevada.
