Philadelphia police are looking for a group of attackers who viciously beat a homeless man last week.

Luckily, they were all caught on tape.

Police told The Daily Caller News Foundation they have arrested two women and are looking for more attackers who are shown in a video beating a homeless man with a wooden rocking chair leg and a hammer.

The attackers, who also used mace, were apparently motivated to attack the homeless man when a 10-year-old boy said the man hit him, The Philadelphia Inquirer reports. Investigators say video evidence does not support this claim, but it was too late for victim, who was hospitalized with severe head injuries.

Police say Shareena Joachim, one of the women in custody, tried to spray the homeless man with mace but accidentally sprayed one of her alleged fellow attackers instead.

Police told TheDCNF the two women in custody have been charged with aggravated assault, possession of an instrument of crime, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person.

A video released over the weekend shows the horrible attack. A group of around seven attackers, who appear to be young black men and women, hop out of a minivan at a gas station and run over to a man standing near the convenience store’s entrance.

They begin punching and kicking him until he falls to the ground. The mob takes turns kicking and punching him in the face and body even as he appears unconscious and does not fight back. They beat him with the hammer and broke the rocking chair leg over his face.

The attack nearly killed the 51-year-old man who was reportedly put in a medically induced coma. Police told TheDCNF Monday the man is still in critical condition.
