James Carville On Clinton Cash Author: ‘Anti-Disney, Gay Bike Bar Glenn Beck’

Font Size:

Last night, Ed Schultz and James Carville had a highly informative discussion about Bill and Hillary Clinton’s lawlessness and corruption simple accounting mistake. And then Carville said something pretty weird. Even for Carville!

You didn’t see this because it was on MSNBC, but Mark Finkelstein at Newsbusters did:

Even by James Carville standards, this was bizarre. Toward the end of his appearance on Ed Schultz’s show today, Carville called Clinton Cash author Peter Schweizer “this anti-Disney, gay bike bar Glenn Beck or whatever this guy is.”

Maybe Carville will come back and explain what he meant. It’s true that Schweizer was a contributor to one of Beck’s books. And Schweizer is the author of “Disney Betrayed,” which criticizes the company for various things including sponsoring “Gay Days” at their parks.

If James Carville says your campaign is doing well, you’re definitely a Democrat.

So… is Schweizer against Disney, gay bike bars, and Glenn Beck? Or is he an anti-Disney guy who also happens to be a gay bike bar version of Glenn Beck? Or…

Hey, there must be a reasonable explanation. It’s not like Carville to just blurt out some shrill nonsense without thinking.

I’m sincerely glad that Carville has slithered back in front of the cameras. The more he hisses, the more I like it.
