If you’re a fan of playoff hockey, then Tuesday night was like a dream come true.

The Chicago Blackhawks traveled to the Honda center in Anaheim to take on the top-seeded Ducks in Game 2 of the NHL Western Conference finals. Chicago jumped out to an early 2-0 lead in the first period, but Anaheim rallied to tie the score and send the contest into overtime.

Despite several good looks from both squads, it took three overtime periods before Marcus Kruger’s game winner found the net, handing Anaheim its first loss at home of the playoffs and leveling the series at 1-1.
