Caitlyn Jenner Hit With Second Lawsuit From Deadly Accident

Caitlyn Jenner, “formerly known as Bruce,” was hit with a seond lawsuit this week stemming from the deadly accident he was involved in in early February that left one woman dead.

Jessica Marie Steindorff, 29, has named Jenner in the lawsuit claiming he acted “negligently, carelessly, recklessly and wantonly.”

Jenner, driving a Cadillac Escalade, first hit Kim Howe’s Lexus while driving along the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu. Howe then drove into oncoming traffic and was hit and killed by a Hummer driving in the opposite direction. Jenner then rear-ended Steindorff’s Prius. She is seeking unspecified damages.

Jenner has also been sued by Howe’s stepchildren for wrongful death.

The car wreck was one of the first indications that Jenner was transitioning into a woman. The 65-year-old confirmed he was taking hormones when he submitted a blood sample to a healthcare worker. (RELATED: Bruce Jenner Just Got Sued For The Deadly Crash He Was Involved In)
