Tom Brady — the New England Patriots 4x Super Bowl Champion quarterback — is currently appealing a four game suspension levied for his alleged involvement in the Deflate-Gate scandal, and on Monday, sources said that the NFL Players Association will sue Roger Goodell and the league if the two-time MVP’s suspension isn’t totally reversed.
NFLPA sources tell ABC News' @ryansmithtv that if Tom Brady is suspended for any games, they expect to challenge decision in federal court.

Brady’s appeal began back in June and — in unprecedented fashion — is being presided over by the (not-so) honorable commissioner Goodell.
Roger also happens to be the main accuser in the case, but he totally swears he’s going to be fair in reaching a verdict.
