Democratic Sen. Chuck Schumer stated that the Iranian nuclear agreement “sanctions a threshold Iranian nuclear state after 10-15 years.”

During the press conference Tuesday, Schumer criticized the deal, saying that it “means the United States and all the governments of the world say it’s okay for Iran to be a threshold nuclear state.”

Chuck Schumer: This agreement sanctions a threshold Iranian nuclear state after 10-15 years. That means the United States and all the governments of the world say it’s okay for Iran to be a threshold nuclear state. That’s a lot different then it doing it on its own and that caused me real trouble.
