For the ninth consecutive year, the Dallas Cowboys have topped Forbes‘ list of the most valuable football franchises.
Coming in with a cool, estimated-worth of $4 billion, Jerry’s Boys are not only top dog in the NFL, but have also leap-frogged soccer club Real Madrid ($3.26 billion) for the top international spot.
Dallas generated a mind-blowing $620 million of revenue in 2014, an American sports record. It also led the league in average attendance, attendance revenue and revenue generated from non-NFL events.
New England ($3.2 billion), Washington ($2.85 billion), the New York Giants ($2.8 billion) and San Francisco ($2.7 billion) rounded out the rest of the top five.
