Co-host Willie Geist chided Hillary Clinton for her refusal to take a position on the Keystone XL Pipeline on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” Friday.

Geist suggested that after five years of studying the effects of the Keystone XL Pipeline, “It’s time to hear what you think. It’s time to make a call.”

“On the Keystone, it’s frustrating not just from Hillary Clinton’s point of view but the administration’s point of view — the State Department study was completed two years ago. They’ve been studying this for five years. Make a decision one way or the other,” he said.

“And I understand her initial instinct. ‘I’m the former Secretary of State, I don’t want to bias this and influence this.’ But after five years?” Geist continued. “It’s time to hear what you think. It’s time to make a call.”
