Bar Refaeli wants her wedding Thursday night to be a “no fly zone,” and it’s causing trouble amongst Israeli officials.
The Sports Illustrated swim cover girl, who was born in Israel, asked Israel’s Civil Aviation Authority to make the area a no fly zone so paparazzi wouldn’t be able to take pictures.

Though they originally said yes, the transportation minister is now arguing that “the skies belong to the entire public and exclusivity cannot be granted for commercial reasons for high-profile people.”
