After a friend of former Auburn wide receiver D’haquille “Duke” Williams was kicked out of a bar for wearing sunglasses, Williams got into physical altercations with four people, an anonymous bar employee told AL.com.

According to the employee, Williams fought two security guards, a bartender assistant and a customer at Skybar in Auburn.

Williams, who appeared to the employee to be under the influence, was not pleased his friend was kicked out for a dress code violation, and attempted to use his stature as an Auburn football player to get his friend back into the club. The physical conflict broke out after that attempt failed. Police were called to the scene, and one of the victims said they wanted to press charges unless Williams was punished by the football program.

Williams was dismissed from the team, and according to Captain Lorenza Dorsey of the Auburn Police Department, there has been no police report filed on the incident. (RELATED: Odell Beckham Jr. Allegedly Threw Multiple Punches In Last Game [VIDEO])

While some college sports programs do not allow their athletes to enter areas where alcohol is present, that’s not the case with Auburn. Coach Guz Malzhan has also indicated he will not like change his policy of allowing players in bars.

“We’ll continue to do what we’ve been doing,” Malzhan said, according to AL.com. “We had one young man that didn’t represent us in the right way. We’ve got a bunch of guys that do it the right way.”

This was certainly not the first time Williams had been in trouble. He had previously been suspended for Auburn’s last bowl game for violation of team rules.
