Ronda Rousey is the last person anyone on the face of the Earth wants to anger, and she called out Justin Bieber on Wednesday for doing just that.
The 28-year-old UFC champion said she took her 16-year-old sister to the Cannes Film Festival, and the only person she wanted a picture with was Bieber.
