Bill Cosby just lost his bid to stop another civil lawsuit against him.

Judy Huth has accused Cosby of forcing her to perform a sex act on him when she was only 15 years old, and though Cosby asked Judge Craig Karlan to throw out the case, Karlan said it will proceed as planned and that the 78-year-old comedian must testify in court on Friday.

Huth claims Cosby drugged and raped her at the Playboy mansion. The deposition, which will reportedly be videotaped, will be sealed until December. (RELATED: Fordham University Retracts Bill Cosby’s Honorary Doctorate Degree)

“Let’s make it very simple,” Judge Karlan said. “There is to be no mention or discussion of any party’s deposition until we have our hearing on Dec. 22.” (VIDEO: Bill Cosby Accusers Get TV Special)

Gloria Allred is representing Huth.

“I do think as an attorney I have a right to inform the public if I think there’s a danger to the public of a predator,” Allred said in a statement. “We’re very happy about the sanctions decision by the court because that could have ended the case but it did not.” (RELATED: Donald Trump Is Not A Bill Cosby Fan)
