Blake Shelton filed a $1 million lawsuit against In Touch Monday after it published a cover story claiming he was going to rehab.
In giant yellow letters, the magazine said it was “rehab for Blake” because “he finally hit rock bottom.”
The accompanying story claimed the country star had been drinking heavily following his divorce with Miranda Lambert in July.
It included quotes like, “His friends are terrified that he could end up dead at this rate” and “Blake’s drinking and womanizing are what helped torpedo his 4-year marriage”

“Blake Shelton has had enough,” the lawsuit filed in a Los Angeles court reads. “Mr. Shelton is not in rehab and has no plans to go to rehab.”
