Hillary Clinton, front-runner of the Democratic presidential primary, has not yet captured the majority of wealthy Democrats who fundraised for President Obama’s re-election, USA Today reports.

Only 76 of the 833 fundraisers who bundled money for the 2012 Obama-Biden campaign are listed as part of Clinton’s “Hillblazers.” The Hillblazers are those individuals who have bundled at least $100,000 for Clinton. However, some say that Clinton has more bundlers than it seems, and that some have yet to reach the $100,000 mark.

Some believe most of Obama’s previous bundlers are waiting for Vice President Joe Biden’s expected entry into the race. Those urging Biden to run formed a super PAC several months ago to encourage the Vice President to run. That super PAC, Draft Biden, ran its first TV ad two weeks ago with a simple ask: “Joe, run.”

“My wife is all Hillary, all the time,” Chicago attorney Nigel Telman told USA Today. “But I’m holding off a bit. I’m intrigued by Biden.”

Potential supporters of Biden point to the email controversy relating to Clinton’s private server and prefer to see how the FBI investigation of the matter shakes out. Clinton will face members on Capitol Hill about those e-mails this Thursday during a hearing with the Benghazi Select Committee.
