During her Thursday testimony before the House Select Committee on Benghazi, Hillary Clinton said that she finds the idea that she “deliberately interfered with security that cost the life of a friend… deeply distressing.”
CLINTON: It’s a very personally painful accusation. It has been rejected, disproven by non-partisan, dis-passionate investigators but never the less — having it continued to be bandied around is deeply distressing to me. I would imagine that I’ve thought about what happened more than all of you put together. I’ve lost more sleep than all of you put together. I have been wracking my brain about what more could have been done or what should have been done.
