Joe Biden says the “luckiest thing” for Hillary Clinton endorser and Syracuse, N.Y. Mayor Stephanie Miner is that he is not going to run for president.
Speaking at Syracuse University on Thursday, Biden said to Miner, “The luckiest thing for her is that I didn’t announce for president, she wouldn’t have known what to do.”
Miner, who is a friend of Biden’s, supports Clinton for president.
When the vice president saw Miner in attendance he said, “Good to see you kiddo!”
