Police have opened an investigation into a video that purportedly shows a diaper-clad toddler smoking marijuana.
In the video, a grown man — off-camera — tells the young child to “inhale it.”
Additionally, the man can be heard saying “let me hit that,” before the video abruptly ends.

According to the Sun Times, the individuals in the video have not yet been identified and will likely face child endangerment charges if caught.
