Four Mexican nationals have pleaded guilty to dealing and possessing heroin and cocaine in New Jersey with intent to distribute. If the four are convicted, they will be deported after serving their sentences.

The charges range from first-degree heroin distribution to “second-degree possession of heroin with intent to distribute and third-degree possession of cocaine with intent to distribute,” according to NJ.com. “Operation Speed Racer” was a joint investigation by the Drug Enforcement Administration and the New Jersey State Police.

The activities of the four were revealed in May 2014 when an undercover officer attempted purchasing methamphetamine through an intermediary. Then, in July 2014, all four men were arrested when authorities found heroin worth $65,000, according to Asbury Park Press.

According to the authorities, this major drug-bust will eliminate much of the organized criminal activity in South Jersey. The four individuals will be sentenced on April 15, 2016.
