Philadelphia radio sports commentator Josh Innes called Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce a “house negro” on the radio Wednesday.
Innes, who works for 94.1 WIP, was critical of Kelce’s loyalty to the Eagles coaching staff.
“Essentially what you’re getting here is that Jason Kelce is the house negro,” Innes said, claiming that Kelce, who is white, will be nothing more than a yes man to whoever the head coach might be.

Kelce didn’t take Innes’ comments lightly, and fired back on Twitter.

Innes did apologize for his comments, and said, “I’m the dumbest human being on the planet.”
WIP has not issued a statement about whether or not Innes will face any punishment.
