It was a comedy of errors for Hillary Clinton when she visited a Detroit coffee shop on Tuesday before her surprise loss to Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders in the Michigan primary.

The Democratic candidate visited Astro Coffee in the Corktown section of Detroit where she ordered espresso and chatted with customers. The Clinton campaign posted a picture of the visit on its social media accounts, including Facebook and Twitter.

Highly recommend the coffee at Astro.

But a few things went wrong.

First, Clinton’s campaign initially misidentified Astro as another business, Avalon Bakery.

“Inspired by the women who started @AvalonBakery,” her Instagram account initially read. “Highly recommend the coffee, too.”

Clinton suffered another campaign failure when the woman seen serving the former first lady asked for the picture to be taken off of Instagram because she is a Sanders supporter.

“That’s me and I’m voting for Bernie. I’d like it if you took the pic down,” wrote the woman, who used the Instagram account handle jillmwilson.

The coffee shop joined in on the fun as well, teasing Clinton for ordering an espresso to go.

“Espresso to go?!? She must be feeling the BERN,” reads a post on Astro’s Instagram account.

Clinton did indeed “feel the Bern” on Tuesday. Though the former secretary of state led Sanders by more than 20 points in most recent Michigan polls, the 74-year-old democratic socialist ended up winning by 1.5 points.
