Hillary Clinton said Thursday that the U.S border with Mexico is secure and those who think otherwise “aren’t paying attention.”

“I think we’ve done a really good job securing the border,” said the former secretary of state in an interview with Phoenix’s KTAR.

Clinton added, “I think that those who say we haven’t are not paying attention to what was done the last 15 years under President [George W.] Bush and President [Barack] Obama.” (RELATED: Sunny Report On Declining Illegal Population Leaves Out Some Key Facts)

She continued to say in the interview, “immigration from Mexico has dropped considerably.”
