Authorities visited Sheen’s California home “on March 31 at about 7:45 a.m.” Though police told Page Six that the victim’s information is confidential because the investigation is ongoing, Scottine Ross’s lawyer confirmed that Sheen is “being investigated for allegedly threatening to have his client killed.”

David Ring said Ross recently learned “about a tape of Sheen speaking by phone to an unidentified person and uttering threats against” her.

Sheen and Ross were engaged from November 2013 to October 2014. (RELATED: Charlie Sheen Was Asked About His HIV Diagnosis — His Answer Caught Everyone Off Guard)
