Ricky Gervais told one fan on Twitter the reason he did an advertisement for Verizon is because he made $3.2 million for an hour worth of work.
On Monday, a fan asked the actor/comedian on Twitter why he does Verizon advertisement,s adding “how much was your integrity worth?” Gervais responded “$3.2 million for an hours work. Would you have asked for more?” Adding, “If so, I feel bloody stupid now.”

Later he responded to the fan’s question about integrity. “Integrity is not doing something you think is wrong,” he said. “It’s not, not doing something that someone else thinks is wrong.”
