Actress Minnie Driver is being sued by her neighbors for assault, trespass and being a private nuisance, according to The Wrap.

In a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court Friday, Daniel and Mary Lou Perelmutter claim that since they purchased land next door to the actress in 2014, she has repeatedly harassed them and tried to keep them from building a house on the property, according to The Wrap.

In the complaint, the couple accuses Driver of trying to stop construction work by blocking the entrance to their property and disabling the gate.

Once construction on the home began, they say Driver “verbally harassed” them and the construction workers, screaming “all manner of obscenities” at them. She also is reported to have speed her car toward the workers and the Perelmutters and thrown “baby food jars filled with black paint against the walls of their home.”

The report says the couple is seeking unspecified damages in the lawsuit.
