World War II veteran Ben Sofka attended the Boston Red Sox game against Oakland Athletics and left the game with a foul ball as a gift.

Sofka was attending the game on his 100th birthday and was even featured on the big screen.

However, Sofka’s big night didn’t end there. A ballgirl ran over to him with a foul ball, and he beamed ear to ear with joy as he took his gift from her. (SLIDESHOW: These Gorgeous Women Love Baseball)
