The Mizuno Wave Enigma 5 running shoe is very popular for distance training. It has 4.5 out of 5 stars on Amazon, and even the 4-star reviews are titled things like “Great Shoe” and “Great Sneaker!” Many reviews comment on how well-built the Enigma is, with its new midsole cushioning and premium sock liner as well as maximum shock attenuation.

This “amazing pair of shoes” (as customer DS put it) normally costs $150. Not today. Today, it is on sale for 40 to 64 percent off, depending on the size and color of the shoe you want. If you’re lucky, you can save $96 on a pair of great running shoes. Then again, even the unluckiest among us can get the Enigma for a mere $89.99. That’s still pretty good.

Here are the colors available:

Dark Shadow and Silver

As reviewer Adam Machonic put it, “This is a really great looking shoe.” (Plus, the fact that there is a color called “Chinese Red” is hilarious.)

The same $53.99 to $89.99 deal is available for the women’s version of this shoe as well. Their Enigma 5 is available in Wild Aster Silver, Silver/Blue Atoll, Blue Grotto/Silver and Calypso Coral/White.
