An eBay user is selling a Black Lives Matter (BLM) shirt for $15 with an explicit picture of a cop having his throat slit.

The vendor listed as “valerijackso52” includes lengthy information about BLM along with racially-charged literature. There is not much detail about the actual item, but it is said to be located in Plant City, Florida according to the web page.

“When we say Black Lives Matter, we are broadening the conversation around state violence to include all of the ways in which Black people are intentionally left powerless at the hands of the state,” the Black Lives Matter description reads.

One of eBay’s “Help” pages catalogs what constitutes a prohibited sale. It states under the “Offensive material policy” that it doesn’t “allow items that promote or glorify hatred, violence, racial, sexual, or religious intolerance, or promote organizations with such views.”

A reader of the Daily Caller News Foundation reported that they flagged the item because they believe it violates the e-commerce company’s policies.

“We’ll also remove listings that graphically portray graphic (sic) violence or victims of violence, unless they have substantial social, artistic, or political value,” the overview reads.
