Dr. Oz has promised to only ask Donald Trump questions he wants to answer when he appears on “The Dr. Oz Show.”

During a Tuesday interview with Fox News’s Brian Kilmeade on his radio show, Dr. Mehmet Oz said that he wants the Republican presidential nominee to feel comfortable and so plans to avoid certain questions including those about Hillary Clinton, Politico reports(RELATED: Why Trump’s Dr. Oz Appearance Could Actually Be A Brilliant Move)

“The metaphor for me is it’s the doctor’s office, the studio,” Oz said. “So I’m not going to ask him questions he doesn’t want to have answered, and I also don’t want to talk about anybody else. We’re not going to be talking about Secretary Clinton, for sure.” (RELATED: Trump To Release Health Info On Dr. Oz)

“And I don’t want to talk about things that are outside of the health purview,” he added. “But I do not believe we can have a wealthy country without being a healthy country. And so I do think people want to understand, what happens to my health care if Mr. Trump is elected, and more importantly, what kind of role model is he for health in our country.”

Trump’s appearance on the show will be taped Wednesday where he is set to discuss details about his personal health. The topic has received increased attention following the fainting spell of Hillary Clinton after a 9/11 memorial service.

The show is scheduled to air on Thursday.
