Seven of the properties belong to Pitt and just two to Jolie, all of which they bought before dating or getting married. The remaining three they bought together prior to getting married in 2014, according to TMZ, consisting of a vineyard in France, a mansion in New Orleans and an apartment in New York. The prenup makes splitting them up very simple, TMZ reports.

As previously reported, the couple’s initial split happened just a day after Pitt allegedly yelled at his son Maddox and lunged at him.

Jolie plans to take full physical custody of their children, but Pitt will be fighting for joint physical custody, according to TMZ.
