President Barack Obama mocked Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump Sunday for allegedly having his social media duties taken over by advisers.

“Apparently, his campaign has taken away his Twitter,” Obama said at a rally for Clinton in Kissimmee, Fl. while stumping for Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton. “In the last two days, they had so little confidence in his self-control, that they said, ‘We’re just going to take away your Twitter.'”

The president is basing this claim on a report from The New York Times, which stated that “aides to Mr. Trump have finally wrested away the Twitter account that he used to colorfully–and often counterproductively–savage his rivals.”

Trump is allegedly now telling representatives of the campaign to “jot down” potential tweets, rather than directly posting the content himself.

Obama claims that such a revelation would be disqualifying for a president.

“Now, if somebody can’t handle a Twitter account, they can’t handle the nuclear codes,” Obama continued. “If somebody starts tweeting at 3 in the morning because SNL made fun of you, then you can’t handle the nuclear codes.”

Obama was taking a swipe at Trump, who recently tweeted about “Saturday Night Live” Oct. 16 at 4:14 am.

Trump has not yet responded to Obama’s comments.
