President-elect Donald Trump is set to visit the White House Thursday to discuss the transition of power with President Barack Obama.

Obama will welcome the Republican to the White House, where the president is expected to introduce Trump’s transition team to “exercises” that will allow it to get an understanding of how the government currently operates, according to a Thursday report by Townhall.com.

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie told reporters early Thursday that the president-elect wouldn’t apologize to Obama for his “birther” accusations.

Obama and Trump both attacked each other liberally during the election, but Obama made a statement in the Rose Garden Wednesday expressing his hopes for Trump’s success. “We are now all rooting for his success in uniting and leading the country,” Obama told reporters.

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton also told supporters to stand down, explaining that Trump won, and he should be given a “chance to lead.”
