Joe Biden said that Donald Trump needs to “grow up.”
After the president-elect tweeted that Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer was the “head clown” of the Democratic Party, the vice president went after him during an interview with “PBS NewsHour” Thursday night.
“Grow up, Donald,” Biden said. “Grow up. Time to be an adult. You’re president. You’ve got to do something. Show us what you have.”

Though Biden said he thought that Trump was “a good man,” he added that his skepticism of the U.S. intelligence agencies was “dangerous” and “mindless.”
“The idea that you know more than the intelligence community knows is a little like saying, ‘I know more about physics than my professor, and I didn’t even read the book. I just know I know.'”

During the interview, Biden said that the Obama administration had taken covert actions against the Russians in response to them allegedly hacking the Democratic National Committee.

“We’ve done both,” Biden said. “Things you do not know and things that are known,” meaning the explosion of 35 Russian diplomats.
