When the boss orders you to get the meatloaf and that person is President of the United States, it’s a little hard to say no.
So poor Chris Christie.
On Tuesday when the New Jersey Governor and his wife, Mary Pat, dined with The Donald at the White House, the most powerful man in the world let everyone else pick what they wanted but made Christie get the meatloaf.
“This is what it’s like to be with Trump,” Christie said in an AP report. “He says, ‘There’s the menu, you guys order whatever you want.’ And then he says, ‘Chris, you and I are going to have the meatloaf.’”
Christie said Trump stressed to him that the meatloaf is “fabulous.”
As forceful and brash as Christie can be, as usual, he let Trump be the alpha male.
