A viral photo out of Tucson, Arizona shows a man hanging upside down on a spiked fence outside a public elementary school — with his pants at his ankles and his underwear losing a fight with gravity.
The incident occurred at about 10:30 a.m. on Friday morning outside Miles Elementary School.
A locksmith working on the Miles Elementary campus spotted the unidentified man as he tried — and failed — to jump over the fence, a Tucson Unified School District spokeswoman told Tucson ABC affiliate KGUN-TV.
The locksmith said he believed the man had been trying to enter rooms at the school, which was not in session because of spring break.
Facebook user Jesse Sensibar drove by and spotted the man hanging on the fence, upside down and without the benefit of pants.
Naturally, Sensibar decided it would be a good idea to capture an image of the scene.
Despite Sensibar’s claims, a spokesman with the Tucson police department told Tucson News Now that there is no police record of the incident.
