This week’s kindergarten teacher busted for allegedly traumatizing a pair of male teen students with a threesome — and a couple of other male teen students with some more sex — is Heather Lee Robertson.
Robertson, a 38-year-old mother of two daughters, taught until just recently at a Texas school in the Hudson Independent School District, just west of Lufkin, reports The Lufkin News.
According to a school district police officer’s affidavit, Robertson and one of the four students began their romance — the one which would culminate in the threesome — with some sexting and the requisite exchanges on Snapchat. It was last month, just after spring break.
The teen student said Robertson asked him to come over to her apartment, the affidavit says, according to Lufkin ABC affiliate KTRE.
The student said he’d love to stop by but he was with a friend at the time. He asked if it would it be okay if the friend accompanied him to Robertson’s apartment. No problem, Robertson said, according to the student’s narration of events.
And so it was that the two male teens showed up at Robertson’s pad. She was lounging on the couch, vaping, the students told police.
After some small talk, the trio got down to business. Robertson invited the two students to her bedroom lair, both students told police. She stripped off her clothes. Then, the kindergarten teacher had a sex romp with both of the students simultaneously, the affidavit explains.
Two other male teen students also told police they had a bunch of sex with Robertson — but not at the same time. These two students said Robertson would furtively pick them up at their homes late at night and drive them back to her apartment for trysts. One of the students said Robertson sent him a Snapchat message asking if he “would like to hang out” at her apartment, according to The Lufkin News.
The officer indicated in the affidavit that Robertson confessed to her bevy of sexual encounters with all four male teens.
She’s been drinking a lot recently, she allegedly said. She added that she doesn’t remember some of the encounters too well.
The kindergarten teacher also noted that she didn’t “require” any of the teens to wear condoms because she is no longer able to have children, the police affidavit says.
Overall, Robertson estimated that her sex spree with local male teenagers lasted from late 2016 through April 14, according to the affidavit.
The ages of the four male teens are unclear.
The school where Robertson taught is also unclear.
Local police arrested Robertson last Saturday after pulling her over while she was driving.
Robertson faces four counts of improper relationship between educator and student.
The maximum penalty for the charges is 20 years in prison.
School district superintendent Mary Ann Whiteker issued a statement concerning Robertson’s exploits.
“We acted immediately and began our investigation,” Whiteker said, according to The Lufkin News. “We pursued with the correct protocol we have to follow.”
The superintendent also noted that Robertson has resigned.
The resignation “has been submitted through the appropriate legal channels,” Whiteker said. “Our investigation has been finalized.”
Robertson was also arrested on a drunk-driving charge last month. She appears to have no additional criminal record.
