Conservative provocateur Milo Yiannopoulos announced Friday that he is suing Simon and Schuster, which dropped his book in February, for $10 million, and that he will independently publish his book “Dangerous.”

Milo announced he will be publishing “Dangerous” through Dangerous Books, a publishing arm of his new enterprise Milo Inc, at a party in Miami, Florida, in a stream on YouTube.

“I am suing Simon & Schuster for $10 million,” said Milo, referring to the book publisher that dropped him back in February. “I want to send them a message that they can never again do this to a libertarian or a conservative.”

The firebrand also announced that he will be embarking on a new tour called Troll Academy, which can be booked by colleges starting Monday.

The Daily Caller News Foundation spoke with an associate of Milo regarding details of the new book and enterprise.

The source said “Dangerous” will likely come out in midsummer, around July, with preorders starting later in May.

“Why give up a huge percentage of the profits?” asked Milo’s associate rhetorically, discussing the decision to self-publish. “[Milo] doesn’t need any help marketing.”

“So much of the spotlight is on Milo and the tour but the book is going to do amazing numbers and authors who can’t get published can find a voice with Dangerous Books. Simon & Schuster has more leftist rules than Facebook and censored his book to hell, but Dangerous Books is a free speech platform.”

The source stated Milo Inc. will host speaking events on both college and commercial venues and that the enterprise will focus on free speech and Western culture. (RELATED: Milo Launches Touring Enterprise ‘Milo Inc’ With $12 Million Backing)
