A small cohort of men in their 20s in Washington state posted an ad on Craigslist asking for a stand-in father figure to man the grill at a Father’s Day weekend get together.

The men do not have a high bar for the stand-in figure. The group has a basic set of requirements for the person, like being above the age of 18, having at least 10 years of grilling experience and owning a grill, The Associated Press reports.

The group also requires the stand-in father “refer to all attendees as ‘Big Guy,’ ‘Chief,’ ‘Sport,’ ‘Champ,’ etc. (whilst drinking beer),” and “talk about dad things, like lawnmowers, building your own deck, Jimmy Buffet, etc.”

The young men say they do not live with their fathers, and none of them are prepared to fill the role of grill master, KIRO Seattle reports. They will give preference to men named Bill, Randy, or Dave.

The barbecue in question will be held on June 17 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. The lucky stand-in figure will receive payment in the form of food and beer.
