This week’s married high school teacher arrested for allegedly traumatizing at least three male students with a slew of sex — including two of them on the very same day — is Jessie Lorene Goline.
Goline, 25, inflicted the traumatic sex romps as an art teacher at Marked Tree High School in the small northeast Arkansas town of Marked Tree, reports the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette.
The grueling frolics occurred during the last academic year, from January to April, investigators say.
School officials say Goline has admitted to traumatizing a total of four male teens. Three of the male teens were 18 years old at the time the 25-year-old teacher victimized them.
Goline thought the fourth male student was also 18 years old. She later found out that he was “way younger than what he had told her,” according to a court affidavit.
All four students told investigators that their escapades with Goline began with text messages. The messages started out innocent enough but “became more and more sexual in nature,” an affidavit explains.
Goline’s two-a-day performance occurred when she assaulted one 18-year-old male with two rounds of sex after picking him up at Marked Tree High one day and driving him to her home in nearby Jonesboro, investigators say.
Later, in the evening of that same day, court documents say, Goline had sex with another 18-year-old male — also in her Jonesboro home.
Still another 18-year-old male student told investigators he basically just had sex with Goline during one day at her home.
A fourth male student — the younger one — told investigators that Goline had told him “how good he looked in class.” He also told investigators the 25-year-old female art teacher had victimized him by sending him a photo of herself wearing nothing but really skimpy panties. It’s not clear if investigators are alleging that Goline also had any sex with this student.
Police in Marked Tree (pop. 2,800) started their investigation into Goline’s sex antics in April after receiving a tip from an unidentified parent who said Goline was having sex with several students. The parent threatened to “do bodily harm to one of their teachers,” according to the Democrat-Gazette.
At some point during the investigation, Goline showed up crying in the office of Marked Tree High School principal Matt Wright.
“I’m not going to lose my husband,” Goline told Wright, according to a court affidavit obtained by Jonesboro television station KAIT-TV.
She also allegedly admitted her dalliances with students. “We had sex,” she said, according to the court documents.
Goline is no longer a teacher at Marked Tree High. It is not clear when she resigned or was fired.
Local police arrested Goline Wednesday. The reason for the substantial delay between the collection of abundant evidence by investigators months ago and this week’s arrest is not clear.
Prosecutors have charged Goline with a single count of first-degree sexual assault. The charges carried a maximum penalty of 40 years to life in prison, according to KAIT-TV.
The reason for the single count is that Goline is only alleged to have traumatized one male teen student under age 18 with sex.
Once she was booked, Goline was released from jail on $5,000 bail.
