This week’s Alternative Facts discussed disgraced Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein, whose sexual predations were allegedly suppressed by NBC News.
Alt Facts also reviewed a piece which appeared in Vanity Fair, claiming that Defense Secretary James Mattis and White House chief of staff John Kelly are prepared to tackle President Donald Trump to stop him from ordering a nuclear strike.

The New Yorker published a bombshell piece Oct. 10, in which 13 women accused Weinstein of a wide range of sexual predations, including rape. The article was written by NBC’s Ronan Farrow, who took the piece to The New Yorker after NBC News declined to run it. It’s not clear why NBC News tried to spike the story, though a dozen people connected to the reportage told the Huffington Post that news executives quashed Farrow’s work under pressure from Weinstein.
