Former Army Ranger sniper Nicholas Irving shared his thoughts about the national anthem protests in the NFL in an exclusive interview with The Daily Caller.

Irving served multiple tours overseas, and had over 30 confirmed kills on one deployment alone.

These credentials make him uniquely qualified to discuss whether or not he feels kneeling for the anthem is disrespectful towards the military.

He said he doesn’t feel personally offended by the protests, and had a great explanation for how he views the situation.

The highly-skilled sniper also discussed his thoughts on what America can do better for veterans, Harvey Weinstein and his incredibly successful book “The Reaper: Autobiography of One of the Deadliest Special Ops Snipers.”

Irving is without a doubt one of the most interesting men I’ve ever interviewed, and was very open about everything we discussed.
