The Wyoming, Minnesota police department destroyed the Green Bay Packers on Twitter Tuesday morning.
The Packers have been playing horribly without Aaron Rodgers and the WPD took notice. They tweeted the following from their official account:
We are noticing garbage all over the streets due to the high winds knocking garbage cans over.
Oh. Wait.
That’s not garbage.
That’s Green Bay Packers game film.
Our bad. Easy to mix up the two.

This is why football is awesome. Police departments in small town, which is exactly what Wyoming is, generally having nothing to do with their time. A big day for a small town cop is handing out speeding tickets and underage drinking tickets.
Roasting the Packers on Twitter might honestly be the biggest day in the town’s history, and what a day it is. Instead of handing out drinking tickets, the Wyoming Police Department decided to fire some shots at its neighbor to the East over their trashy football play.
Football season is the greatest.
