Democratic Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts accused President Donald Trump of “slut” shaming Tuesday afternoon after the president said a female senator begged him for donations in visits to his office and “would do anything for them.”
“Are you really trying to bully, intimidate and slut-shame @SenGillibrand?” Warren tweeted Tuesday. “Do you know who you’re picking a fight with? Good luck with that, @realDonaldTrump. Nevertheless, #shepersisted.”

Trump said Tuesday morning that Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand of New York used to come to his office “begging” for campaign donations.
Lightweight Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, a total flunky for Chuck Schumer and someone who would come to my office “begging” for campaign contributions not so long ago (and would do anything for them), is now in the ring fighting against Trump. Very disloyal to Bill & Crooked-USED!

The New York senator hit back at Trump Tuesday morning, saying that he “cannot silence” her and she will continue to speak out about the shame Trump “has brought on the Oval Office.”
Gillibrand called on Trump to resign late Monday, or go through a congressional investigation for the “assault allegations” against him. The tweet is likely a response to her statement.
“President Trump should resign,” Gillibrand tweeted. “But, of course, he won’t hold himself accountable. Therefore, Congress should investigate the multiple sexual harassment and assault allegations against him.”
