The first full preview for “Solo: A Star Wars Story” was released Monday morning after being teased during the Super bowl.
The plot of the movie, according to the YouTube description, is, “During an adventure into a dark criminal underworld, Han Solo meets his future copilot Chewbacca and encounters Lando Calrissian years before joining the Rebellion.”
Han Solo was without a doubt the coolest guy in the original trilogy. He’s a classic example of a guy you’d want rolling in your crew. Just hanging out in dive bars and shooting the bad guys. That’s pretty much the American dream wrapped up in a Star Wars character.
I also love that Emilia Clarke is in this movie. It’s going to be great to see her outside of her role in “Game of Thrones,” where she has crushed it for years.
She’s one of the most talented people in the entire entertainment industry, and seeing her come into the Star Wars universe is something that should make fans everywhere very excited.
Add in Woody Harrelson, Donald Glover and I think we’re in for a fun ride. “Solo: A Star Wars Story” will be released on Memorial Day.
