This week’s newlywed twentysomething biology teacher busted for allegedly traumatizing a high school student by getting partially naked with him inside a white Ford Explorer and committing sex acts is Elizabeth Heaton Taylor.

Taylor, 27, taught — until just recently — at Greer High School in the suburbs of Greenville, South Carolina.

Greenville County Sheriff’s deputies discovered Taylor in a partly nude state inside the parked SUV on Thursday evening at about 6:30 p.m., reports The Greenville News.

Taylor’s unidentified male student paramour was present with her inside the vehicle. Court documents describe him as between 16 and 17 years old.

“Upon making contact with the occupants inside the vehicle, deputies observed a male, later discovered to be a student at the school in which Taylor was employed, and Taylor, who was partially clothed,” Sheriff’s Office spokesman Ryan Flood told Greenville Fox affiliate WHNS.

Deputies say the scene of the apparently in-flagrante-delicto offense was the 800-block of Holland Road in Simpsonville, South Carolina — about 16 miles south of Greer.

According to Google Maps, the 800-block of Holland Road in Simpsonville is a fairly narrow two-lane road with a short, six-house cul-de-sac — Vedue Court — running off to the southeast.

Taylor provided deputies with a fake name prior to her arrest, the deputies say.

Deputies say they now believe Taylor and the teen student got together for sex romps on at least two different occasions since Jan. 1. (Presumably, Thursday’s half-naked incident in the Ford Explorer was one of the occasions.)

Greenville County school district spokeswoman Beth Brotherton told The Greenville News that Taylor’s employment as a teacher with the district ended on Friday. (It’s not clear who instigated the ending.)

Taylor has been married for just over half a year. She tied the knot with her husband in July 2017 at the Huguenot Loft — a “beautiful” venue full of “rustic elegance” in Greenville.

Both Taylor and her husband are graduates of the University of South Carolina.

Cocky, the Gamecock-costumed University of South Carolina mascot, made an appearance at the wedding reception, according to a contemporaneous wedding announcement in The State, a large South Carolina newspaper.

Taylor and her new husband celebrated their honeymoon in Jamaica.

In addition to teaching biology, Taylor also taught earth science and was a track coach, according to a 2015 “staff spotlight” article in The Greer Hive Times, the student news site of Greer High School.

Taylor said her hobbies include hiking and shopping.

She also said she liked teaching.

“I like it a lot,” she told the student newspaper in 2015. “So far it’s very good.”

Taylor faces two counts of sexual battery with an underage student and a charge of providing false information to law enforcement.

Bond was set at $10,250.
