MS-13 members accused of a violent murder of a teenage girl were caught laughing in court Tuesday.
This occurred while the victims’ parents were in room.

According to Fox News’ Jillian Mele, “The Justice Department will decide whether prosecutors can seek the death penalty for the 2016 murders of 16-year-old Kayla Cuevas and 15-year-old Nisa Mickens, best friends murdered walking home from school in Long Island. President Trump put MS-13 on notice this month, saying, “MS-13 recruits through our broken immigration system, violating our borders.”
“And it just comes right through whenever they want to come through, they come through. It’s much tougher now since we’ve been there, but we need much better border mechanisms and much better border security and we need the wall.
