It was a long night at the 90th Annual Academy Awards, but there weren’t any surprises when it came down to the big awards at the end of the show.

“The Shape of Water” ended up being the big winner of the night, earning the award for best picture and director Guillermo del Toro won best director for his work on the film. Gary Oldman ended up taking home the award for Best Actor in a Leading Role for his work in “Darkest Hour” and Frances McDormand won the Oscar for Best Actress in a Leading Role for “Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri.”
